In this video, I go over some proven exam tips that will be helpful for any kind of written exam. In it, you will find ways to help you understand and manage the stress that is, for most people, often related to taking a test.

I also include some basic breathing relaxation techniques to help you relax before and during the exam. Finally, I added links to outside videos as well at the bottom of this page.

Then we will look at pre-test and during test strategies on Part 2.
